🧹 BEFORE YOU CHECK OUT

• Place all trash bags in the containers outside near the garage
• Load and run the dishwasher before leaving
• Place used towels in the washing machine and start a cycle, we'll handle the rest!
• Remove all leftovers and personal belongings from the fridge
• Return all remote controls to their designated rooms

🏠 INSIDE THE HOME

• No shoes, food, or drinks in bedrooms or loft area, helps us keep the space spotless for every guest
• No tape, adhesives, or sticky items on walls, furniture, or railings
• Keep all doors and windows closed, Florida heat will overpower the A/C and invite unwanted insect (or lizard!) visitors 🦎
• Accidents happen, please notify us immediately so we can keep the home in perfect condition for all guests

🔇 NOISE & GATHERINGS

• No parties or gatherings exceeding the confirmed guest count
• Be respectful of neighbors, ChampionsGate Resort security actively patrols nightly (7PM–3AM) for noise complaints

🏊 POOL RULES & DISCLAIMER

• No running, diving, or rough play in or around the pool
• No glass or food near the pool, plastic only please Children must be supervised at all times
• Do not touch pool equipment, filters, or settings Pool is serviced weekly, you may see a technician on the patio, this is normal
• No specific pool temperature is guaranteed Pool use is entirely at guests' own risk, owners and management are not liable for accidents or injury

🔥 BBQ GRILL (rental only — $60/stay)

• Turn off the propane tank after every use and clean the grill and surrounding area before checkout.

🚗 PARKING

• Maximum 3 vehicles
• Street parking permitted directly in front of the home only
• Do not park on grass, sprinkler damage costs will be charged to the guest
• Do not block driveways, sidewalks, fire hydrants, or pedestrian walkways
• Strictly prohibited: RVs, trailers, boats, ATVs, commercial vehicles, refrigeration trucks, buses, Polaris SlingShot, and similar 3-wheeled or off-road vehicles

📶 WI-FI & CABLE

• High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. We are not responsible for third-party internet or cable outages. If you experience issues, unplug the modem and router for 60 seconds then reconnect.

📦 DELIVERIES

• Amazon, UPS, FedEx, and food/grocery deliveries are accepted at the front door. USPS standard mail cannot be delivered, there is no mailbox on site.

• Violation of any house or community rules may result in immediate removal from the property without refund and/or additional charges.
