This inviting third-floor walk-up end-unit combines comfort and elegance, featuring an open floor plan with airy vaulted ceilings and a screened-in balcony that offers a serene view of the lush Greg Norman 12th fairway.

Designed for relaxation and functionality, the home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is a king suite with a private bath, while the second bedroom provides a queen bed and a dedicated desk area workspace. For additional guests, the living room includes a fold-out twin bed/chair, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests.

Please note the following house rules: This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property; a cleaning fee applies if smoke is detected. Pets are not allowed. Loud noise is prohibited after 10 PM. The minimum rental age is 25 years. Motorcycles, trailers, campers, and RVs are not permitted. Same-day check-in is not allowed. A $500 security deposit is required.
