Sleeping arrangements on this level include a private king suite with its own en-suite bathroom, a comfortable queen bedroom, and a kid-favorite room with a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk, all served by a shared full hallway bathroom. For added privacy, the ground level features its own separate entrance leading to a fourth bedroom with two full-over-full bunks and a private full bathroom, making it a true retreat for teenagers or additional guests.

What truly sets this property apart is the standout backyard, where you can sharpen your short game on the dedicated putting green or fire up the grill in the outdoor entertaining area while watching the big game on the outdoor TV. Inside, a convenient washer and dryer are located just off the living room for easy beach-day turnarounds.
