The sleeping arrangements consist of 3 bedrooms and 3 beds, with a total guest capacity of 10. The Master Suite is a highlight, featuring a luxurious King bed and a Twin bed in a convenient bonus space. Additional bedrooms are configured with a second King bed, a Queen bed, and four Twin beds. For extra flexibility, the living area includes a Queen sleeper couch and a Twin day bed is available on the screened porch.

Step outside to the lovely screened porch to enjoy the quintessential 30A lifestyle, where you can sip your morning coffee or soak in the evening breezes under the shade of the tree canopy. Inside, you will find a full kitchen stocked for preparing home-cooked meals and a dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi for those needing to stay connected.

Location is everything at The Pink House. You are just two blocks away from the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the famous Seaside and Watercolor communities. A short stroll through beautiful, canopy-covered roads leads you to an array of wonderful local restaurants, bars, and boutiques. For your convenience, a Publix supermarket is located less than half a mile away.
