Sleeping Arrangements The home is configured with 1 bedroom, 1 bed, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The first-floor bedroom features 1 Queen bed and 2 Twin beds, while the living area provides a full-size sofa bed with a new mattress for additional guests. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is located on the main level.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The minimum booking age is 25. We love hosting well-behaved small dogs (dog bed and bowls provided), but for allergy reasons, cats are not permitted.

Super Neighbor Policy: To comply with County and HOA regulations, the following rules are strictly enforced (violations result in a $200 fine):

• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests; no additional people or large gatherings are allowed on the premises.
• Parking is permitted in the driveway only; no street parking.
• No loose trash is allowed in the yard to prevent attracting bears and pests.

For your security, exterior cameras face the back of the cabin; there are no interior cameras.
