Designed for gathering and unwinding, the home features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The main level boasts a bright and spacious layout, including a living room with a TV, electric fireplace, and deck access. The primary suite is a spacious king ensuite with its own TV, private deck access, and a large bathroom featuring a double vanity, soaking tub, and tiled shower. A second queen bedroom on this level includes a TV, desk workspace, and an adjacent hall bath.

Downstairs, guests will find a second full living area with its own TV, electric fireplace, and direct outdoor access. This level also includes a secondary kitchen for easy meal prep, a queen bedroom filled with natural light from large windows, and a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks. A shared bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower, along with a convenient laundry room, completes the lower level.

The outdoor experience is what truly sets Hidden Falls apart. Guests can enjoy morning coffee on the deck listening to the nearby waterfall or relax in the hot tub surrounded by peaceful nature. For evening entertainment, gather around the fire pit in the front yard for stories under the stars. The stunning 80-foot Silvervale Falls is just a quick 7-minute drive away via Kirby Mountain Road.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Mature, well-trained dogs are welcome (up to 2). Pet rent is $25 + tax per pet per night. Other pets are not permitted.
• Rules: Minimum booking age is 25. Guests must clean up after pets. Firewood for the outdoor fire pit is available for $25/night (2 bundles and 1 starter) with at least one week's notice.
• Cancellation: 30+ days for full deposit refund; 15-29 days for half deposit refund; within 14 days no refund unless rebooked. All cancellations are subject to a $50 fee.
