The main residence includes 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with 4 beds providing a comfortable base for up to 14 guests. The main level boasts a bright, spacious layout featuring a living room with an electric fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a luxurious king ensuite with a soaking tub and private deck access. A second queen bedroom on this level includes a dedicated desk workspace. The lower level adds further flexibility with a second full living area, another kitchen, a light-filled queen bedroom, and a bunk room featuring two twin-over-twin bunks.

For additional privacy, the separate guest house offers a loft-style queen bedroom and a living area equipped with a twin-over-twin trundle bed, along with its own full kitchen and a bathroom featuring a skylight.

Outside, the connection to nature is unparalleled. Guests can relax in the brand-new hot tub, gather around the front yard fire pit for s'mores, or enjoy coffee on the deck. The breathtaking 80-foot Silvervale Falls is just a short 7-minute drive away via Kirby Mountain Road.

• Cancellation Policy: Full deposit refund for cancellations 30+ days prior to arrival; half refund between 15-29 days; no refund within 14 days unless rebooked. A $50 cancellation fee applies to all bookings.
