The home features a thoughtfully designed layout with 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the second-floor primary bedroom, while the first floor hosts a bedroom with a Queen bed. Two additional bedrooms, both featuring Queen beds, are located on the second floor. Guests will find the home stocked with complimentary pillows, comforters, and towels for a comfortable stay.

Inside, the living area is centered around a comfy living room complete with a sectional and a Smart TV for entertainment. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking, boasting granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. For your morning brew, a coffee maker for Keurig cups is provided (K-cups not included). Additional conveniences include an in-unit washer and dryer, and upon request, a Pack'n'Play and High Chair can be made available.

• House Rules: This home does not have air conditioning. All trash must be removed from the house upon departure to the community Trash Center to avoid attracting wildlife.

Mandatory Community HOA Fees (Not included in rental rate):

• Temporary Membership: In Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day): $8.50/person/day or $42.50/person/week; Off Season: $2/person/day (Children under 6 free).
• Gate Pass: $20 per vehicle per stay.
• Administration Fee: $20 per stay.
• Late Fee: A $100 HOA late fee applies if registration and payment are not completed at least 3 days before arrival.

All HOA fees must be paid separately online at least 1 day prior to arrival. The property owner provides an online form after booking for guest and vehicle details.
