Large sliding doors create a seamless transition to the outdoor terrace, garden, and private swimming pool.

On the first level, guests will find several comfortable bedrooms, including a master suite that boasts beautiful green views, a private balcony, and a dedicated workspace with a desk. This floor also includes a cozy additional lounge area. The lower level serves as a quiet retreat, featuring two more bedrooms, a shared bathroom, a laundry room, and a large secondary living area perfect for entertainment. Situated in the quiet residential area of El Paraíso, the villa is a golfer's paradise, located just minutes from El Paraíso, Atalaya, Guadalmina, and Los Flamingos Golf. The property provides a tranquil base while remaining a short drive from the luxury shopping and nightlife of Puerto Banús (15 minutes), the charm of Marbella (20 minutes), and the flower-filled streets of Estepona (15 minutes).

Check-in is from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This is a strictly family-only property; groups, parties, and events are not permitted. Guests must observe silence between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. A security deposit of €4,500 is required. Please note that maintenance personnel may enter the garden, parking, and pool areas for upkeep. Heated pool function is available upon request for an additional fee of €225 per week, requested at least three days prior to arrival.
