Upstairs, you will find a second bedroom with a Queen bed and a third bedroom equipped with two sets of bunks, with a full bath conveniently located in the hall between the two rooms.

Experience the heart of the home in the Great room, where you can take in wonderful forest views. The living area is designed for relaxation, featuring a cozy fireplace, HDTV with Blu-Ray, a stereo with CD and cassette player, and a variety of puzzles and games for entertainment. Adjacent to the living space is a bright dining area with plenty of windows that seats 6. The fully equipped kitchen includes a countertop bar with seating for 4, making it an ideal spot for casual meals. Step through the dining area door onto the spacious back deck, a prime spot to enjoy the outdoors.

Location & Neighborhood: Located in lower Glaze Meadow, the home provides convenient access to the Glaze Meadow Pool and tennis courts. • Minimum Stay: 7 nights required during July and August

• Guest Access Fee: Starting January 1st, 2026, Black Butte Ranch charges a guest access fee of 13.5% of the nightly rate for full access to pools, tennis courts, bike paths, and Ranch facilities. This is paid at the time of booking.
• Cancellation Policy: 100% of prepayments are refundable minus a $100 administration fee if cancelled 45 days prior to arrival; no refunds are available after this 45-day window.
