Sleeping arrangements are located entirely on the second floor to ensure a quiet retreat. The home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The sleeping quarters include a Master Suite boasting a luxurious jacuzzi tub and tiled shower, a Queen bedroom, a room with two twin beds that can be converted into a King, and a dedicated bunk room featuring three single bunk beds and one double bunk. For the younger guests, a children's loft area is available, complete with toys, movies, and games.

The main living space is defined by large vaulted ceilings that flow into a bright open kitchen. The living area is designed for entertainment and relaxation, featuring a fireplace, a poker table, a large flat screen TV, and a speaker system that runs throughout the home. Dining is a breeze in the large indoor area, with a table that seats six and an island bar providing additional seating for four. Practicality is handled downstairs in a large laundry/mud room—complete with a laundry shoot—and a full bathroom with a tiled shower.

Outdoor living is centered around a large deck offering scenic views of the golf course, equipped with a gas BBQ and a hot tub for unwinding. For active fun, guests can enjoy the on-site horseshoe pit.
