• Parking: Assigned space for up to 2 cars; beach driving is not permitted
• Pet Policy: Dog-friendly (prior approval required). Limit of 2 dogs, max 50lbs each. Non-refundable fees: $225 for the first pet, $125 for the second
• Requirements: Reservation holder must be 25+; identity registration and e-signed rental agreement required
• Restrictions: No smoking, no parties or events, and quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
