A mandatory parking pass must be obtained from the Building 3 office upon arrival to avoid enforcement. To maintain the quality of the space, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony, and pets are not allowed. A starter set of toiletries and paper products is provided to get you settled, though guests are asked to purchase additional supplies and food items for longer stays.
