Sleeping arrangements include a main-floor primary suite with a queen bed and private ensuite bathroom, an upstairs bedroom with a full bed, and a second upstairs bedroom featuring a full-size futon. For those needing to stay connected, workspace corners are available in the bedrooms to facilitate a work-from-the-mountains escape.

Inside, you will find a cozy living room equipped with a TV and fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen boasting granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The layout is designed for relaxation and shared meals, extending outdoors to a screened-in porch with a dining table, a spacious deck surrounded by trees, and a firepit with seating. The home also includes a laundry room and baseboard heat for winter comfort. Please note that this property does not have air conditioning.

Nestled in a location that offers a peaceful remote retreat, the cottage is ideal for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. You are just a short walk to the community pool and within a short drive of local highlights, including Hickory Run State Park (20 min), Jack Frost/Big Boulder Ski Areas (20-25 min), Pocono Raceway (25 min), Kalahari Resort (25 min), Mount Airy Casino (30 min), and Camelback Mountain (30 min).

• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
• Trash: All trash must be removed from the house upon departure to avoid attracting wildlife; a community Trash Center is available.

Mandatory Community HOA Fees (Not included in booking price): All fees must be paid online at least 3 days prior to arrival to avoid a $100 late fee. Registrations cannot be made less than 1 day prior to arrival.

• Temporary Membership: In Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day): $8.50/person/day or $42.50/person/week; Off Season: $2/person/day (Children under 6 are free).
• Gate Pass: $20 per vehicle per stay.
• Administration Fee: $20 per stay.

Membership grants access to community pools, lakes, beaches, playgrounds, sports courts, and the Community Lodge, which features a fitness room, library, and game rooms.
