The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully appointed, featuring a primary suite on the street level with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, a lower-floor guest suite with a king bed and ensuite, a third guest bedroom on the lower floor with a queen bed, and a dedicated bunk room on the lower level featuring four double beds.

CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 4pm or later, we are usually booked back-to-back, so early check-ins can be tricky for us, but if you get into town a little early, we can highly recommend visiting the Grand Hyatt and one of their amazing restaurants followed by a visit to Jordanelle Reservoir. If you need an early or late check in, don't hesitate to ask, we will respond to let you know if it is available and what costs may be involved.

TV & ENTERTAINMENT: We have multiple Smart TV's in several bedrooms, the living room, and the Game/Media room
THERMOSTAT & FIREPLACE: We determine the temperature based on time of year, but you're welcome to adjust it to your comfort. There are several Vivint thermostats, one on each level. The living room suspended fireplace is gas and electronically ignited via the remote which should be located on the coffee table. It may take 10 - 20 seconds for the flame to ignite. Please turn the fireplace off in any unoccupied room. Please be very careful with little ones and any others that need to be aware of hot surfaces as the teardrop fireplace can be hot to the touch once running.
PLEASE NOTE: The Haven home is located in a high alpine meadow area of the Uinta mountain range on the Southern Shore of Jordanelle Reservoir, we have a professional pest control company perform regular services, even still you can anticipate seeing wildlife around the property.
Trash bins are picked up weekly and stored inside the garage to avoid interfering with local wildlife. The date we need them taken to the street will be sent to you via our digital home guide. Please take them out the night before pickup and return them to the trash enclosure once empty.
