Designed for groups, the property accommodates up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed to provide comfort and flexibility, featuring 1 bedroom with 1 bed, supplemented by a Queen bed, a Full bed, a Twin Murphy bed, a Full sleeper sofa, and a Twin futon. For additional group space, the separate bunk house provides 4 Twin bunk beds, ensuring everyone has a cozy place to rest.

Waterfront fun is at the heart of this experience. The private dock is fully equipped for lake life with dock seating, a swim ladder, floaties, fishing poles, tackle, a swim mat, and two paddle boards. Above, the newly renovated lakeview deck offers a stunning vantage point with outdoor dining, bar seating, lounge furniture, and a gas fire pit for creating memories under the stars.

Inside, the cabin-style atmosphere is highlighted by a comfortable living area with wall-to-wall windows that showcase beautiful lake views. This bright gathering space features two couches and recliners, perfect for winding down. For rainy-day entertainment, the home is stocked with board games, card games, and movies.

Located in a protected cove, the property provides easy access to the main channel and is conveniently situated near the area's most popular dining, shopping, golf, and entertainment options. Guests can reach the retreat via paved roads, though some areas are steep.

• Parking: Space for up to 3 vehicles, or 2 vehicles and a boat/PWC trailer (up to 26ft)
• Rules: Loud parties are prohibited; responsible and respectful gatherings are welcome
• Note: There are no laundry facilities onsite. Please use caution on the steep driveway and carport.
