Your private sanctuary consists of 1 bedroom featuring 1 double bed and 1 private bathroom, ensuring you have your own personal space to unwind. For those working remotely, the room includes a dedicated desk to keep you productive throughout your stay.

While your room is private, you have access to dynamic common areas filled with good energy from fellow travelers. The shared facilities include a dining room and a kitchen area equipped with a refrigerator and microwave (please note that for safety reasons, there is no stove). You will also have access to a washing machine and a dedicated hanging area for laundry. One of the highlights of the property is the huge terrace on the second floor, a large common space featuring tables, chairs, a hammock, and a grill—perfect for relaxing for a while.

Situated in the heart of Roma Sur, the property is just a couple of blocks from the Chilpancingo metro. To maintain harmony in the house, we ask guests to adhere to the following practical info and rules:

• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Quiet Hours: Please be respectful of other guests and neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum starting at 8:00 PM
• Pets: Not allowed, even for visits
• Visitors: No outside visitors, events, or parties are permitted under any circumstances
• House Care: Guests are asked to clean up after themselves in shared spaces; modifying the space or moving furniture is not permitted
• Security: A security deposit and standard guest verification are required prior to check-in, and security cameras are active in common areas
• Cleaning: Weekly cleaning is provided for private areas
