Here, you can cozy up on a 2-chaise sectional with plush blankets and an ottoman while enjoying the 55" Smart TV. The sleeping arrangements include one bedroom featuring a king bed adorned with luxurious linens and a variety of pillows. The home is completed by a full bathroom and a stocked eat-in kitchen, ensuring you have everything needed for a comfortable stay. This layout accommodates up to 3 guests, with the third person permitted to sleep on the couch for an additional cost.

Guests have access to several shared building amenities to enhance their stay:

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Entry: Guests are provided with two unique codes for secure building and apartment access.
• Parking: Use only spot #10. Parking in the Jackson Technical lot will result in towing. Free street parking is available on 6th St.
• Policies: Pets are not allowed. No smoking of any kind inside the apartment. No parties or events; visitors must be approved by the host.
• Requirements: Guests must sign a rental contract immediately after booking to receive check-in instructions.
• Fees: Guests are financially responsible for damages. A $50 fee plus shipping applies for mailed forgotten items. Refunds may be subject to a 10% processing fee via Stripe.
