The base rate covers 8 guests, with a fee of $30 per night for each additional guest. Pets are allowed with prior written approval and a $300 non-refundable fee (maximum 2 pets). Strict house rules apply: no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, no parties, and quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM as enforced by the County of Orange.
