• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Assigned garage parking is available. To use the secured garage, guests must provide vehicle make/model and a photo of the driver's license. Alternatively, a safe dirt parking lot is located behind the building. Please note that large trucks may not fit in the garage above Level 2.
• Access: Check-in involves retrieving a key fob from a garage lockbox; the parking pass is located inside the unit. Both the fob and pass must be returned to avoid a $100 fee.
• House Rules: No smoking. No parties or events (violators face a $1,000 fine). Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Pets: Allowed with prior approval and a $99 fee.
