House Rules
🚭 Strictly no parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas and balconies (smoking is permitted across the street only). No digital piracy is allowed, and shoes are not permitted inside the home. A $500 fine will be charged for each violation.
