The home is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The upstairs layout includes a main bedroom equipped with a king bed and a pullout couch, while the second and third bedrooms each offer queen beds. The bathroom, also located upstairs, includes a shower and toilet, accommodating up to 6 guests in total.

Step outside to find yourself surrounded by an absolutely amazing garden that has earned recognition in Garden Design magazine and has been featured on HGTV. This private sanctuary allows you to meander through lush greenery, sit quietly by the pond to listen to the frogs, or visit the veggie garden to pick fresh ingredients for your evening meal. Despite its quiet, secluded atmosphere, the estate is located only a stone's throw from downtown and the beach.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Dogs are welcome with prior notice (subject to a $75 per pet fee). Dogs must be on a leash or under verbal control at all times, and any digging in the garden is prohibited. Pet waste must be cleaned up.
• Taxes: A 14% TOT tax is not included in the rental rate.
• Noise & Conduct: No parties, gatherings, or visitors without prior written consent. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM on weekdays and 10:00 PM on weekends. Outside music after 9:00 PM is restricted to two speakers facing the ocean and requires written approval.
• Property Care: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the property. Please avoid placing heavy items (such as kegs or coolers) on the grass. Furniture must not be moved without consent.
• Parking & Logistics: Parking on Willow Camp Way is prohibited. Portable toilets are forbidden in Stinson Beach.
• Fire Safety: Fires must be watched and extinguished with water; no open flames are permitted during red flag warnings.
• Trash: All trash and recycling that does not fit in the bins must be removed upon departure to avoid a $500 penalty fee.
