• Rules: This is a pet-free property. Smoking, vaping, glitter, confetti, or vomit residues will result in a $500 fine. Please maintain A/C settings at 72 degrees or higher.
• Requirements: A signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,250 security hold are required. Alternatively, a non-refundable damage waiver is available for $79.00 (up to 10 nights).
