This inviting residence is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 full bathrooms, making it an ideal retreat for up to 4 guests. As part of Ipana, one of the most prestigious buildings in the area, guests have access to a world-class array of facilities. The rooftop is a true highlight, offering the best ocean views in the city and five pools, including two that are heated. Additional building amenities include a Sports Bar, an ocean-view Bar with local pricing, a gym, a business center, parking, and a kids club.

To ensure a seamless stay, please note the following practical information:

Check-In & Out: Arrival is from 3:00 PM and departure is by 11:00 AM. A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in for record-keeping purposes.

Electricity Policy: For weekly bookings (1-26 nights), a daily allowance of 21 kWh is included. For monthly rentals (28+ nights), electricity is not included and is charged at $0.39 USD per kWh. The concierge will provide meter details for your monitoring, and outstanding balances are payable at check-out via cash or credit card (a 5% processing fee applies to cards).

House Rules:

• No smoking inside the condo
• No parties, loud music, or excessive noise after 10:00 PM
• No pets allowed
• No overnight guests other than those registered at check-in
• Please use the provided black towels for makeup removal to avoid penalties
• Do not sit on furniture or beds with wet swimsuits or sunscreen
• Keep windows and doors closed when using air conditioning
• Do not hang towels from balconies or leave trash outside the door
