Designed for families, couples, and group getaways, this home combines elevated coastal comfort with thoughtful touches to create the perfect Florida escape. The layout includes 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, providing ample space for up to 10 guests. Inside, you will find premium mattresses, linens, and pillows to ensure a restful stay.

While the structured amenities list is currently being updated, the home is designed for maximum convenience and leisure. Guests can enjoy a private jacuzzi spa under the stars, a fully stocked kitchen for home-cooked meals, and entertainment options including a ping pong table and various games. For those traveling with modern vehicles, the property features a spacious oversized driveway with a Tesla charger and an RV 220 electric hookup. To make your beach days seamless, beach chairs, towels, and other outdoor essentials are provided, and the home is equipped with fast WiFi and Smart TVs.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation, and the primary guest must occupy the residence for the entire stay.
• Pets: Up to two dogs are welcome. A non-refundable fee applies ($150 for one dog; $250 for two). Dogs must be disclosed prior to check-in to avoid a $500 fine. A $500 fine also applies if guests fail to clean up after their pets.
• Parking: Street parking is strictly prohibited and actively enforced by St. Johns County; please use the private driveway only.
• Restrictions: This is a nonsmoking property. We kindly ask for no shoes inside the home.
• Access: The garage and locked owner storage areas are not accessible to guests.
