Designed as the original house for the estate, this home offers an unbeatable combination of shared ranch luxuries and private home comforts, providing the perfect setting to gather, relax, and reconnect.

This spacious residence is configured with 4 bedrooms and 4 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests across 3 bathrooms. The main level features a primary suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, and a spacious spa-like ensuite bathroom. The lower level provides a king bedroom with direct patio access, a queen suite with its own ensuite bathroom, and a twin room complemented by a cozy bonus sleeping space with an additional twin bed.

Inside, the main level welcomes you with tongue-and-groove vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, and a warm open-concept layout. The living room centers around a beautiful floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, while the thoughtfully designed kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a double oven. For entertainment, the lower level houses a dedicated theater room with a high-definition smart TV, theater seating, and a carnival-style popcorn machine, alongside a nostalgic retro arcade cabinet featuring classics like Centipede and Missile Command.

Outdoor enjoyment is central to the experience. Guests can soak in the private hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or relax on the spacious deck. As part of Tiffany's Estate, you also enjoy access to a sandy beach along a meandering creek, a serene pond with kayaks, a pickleball court, and miles of scenic hiking and walking trails.
