For entertainment, a large Smart TV is available in the living room, while additional Smart TVs are located in the bedrooms. The heart of the home is the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, and a breakfast bar for casual dining, alongside a dedicated dining table perfect for shared meals or family games.

Sleeping arrangements are designed for flexibility to accommodate up to 5 guests. The first bedroom features a queen bed, bright windows, and dresser storage. The second bedroom offers a full daybed with a twin trundle, making it a versatile space for additional guests or a dedicated workspace for those needing a remote work setup.

Outside, the property boasts a spacious yard surrounded by mature trees that provide wonderful shade and privacy. Guests can relax on the deck with Adirondack seating, enjoy the outdoor dining area, or gather around the fire pit for evening conversations.

House Rules & Policies:

• Guest Capacity: Maximum of 5 guests; excessive guests will incur a $50 fee per person.
• Pets: Dogs only are permitted with a $75 non-refundable cleaning fee. Guests must pick up all dog waste to avoid a $50 fine per occurrence.
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the house and on the premises; please smoke outdoors and dispose of butts properly.
• Parties: No parties or events allowed to respect the residential neighborhood.
• Late Check-out: A $50 fee applies to check-outs past 11:00 AM.
• Other: No glitter for decorations. Guests must complete third-party verification via Truvi prior to arrival and choose between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
