• A signed and completed rental agreement is required

• No parties, events, or loud music outdoors
• Guests must remove trash to outside receptacles, empty the fridge, and place used towels in the bathroom shower upon departure
• All dirty dishes must be washed or started in the dishwasher using provided tabs
• Please report all accidental damages to the property
• Pets are allowed
