Escape to an immaculate studio retreat nestled on an historic property in Asheville, North Carolina. Known as 'The Rose Room,' this luxury studio offers far more space and charm than your typical hotel room, making it an ideal choice for solo travelers or a romantic getaway.
Located on the ground floor for easy access with no stairs, the layout features one bedroom with one bed and one attached bathroom. Guests will enjoy a spacious interior highlighted by impressive 12-foot ceilings, a cozy seating area with a gas fireplace, and a period design seamlessly blended with modern updates. The room is equipped with a dedicated coffee station, microwave, and mini fridge for your convenience.
While the studio is a private sanctuary with its own private entrance, guests also have access to the shared beauty of the property. Relax on the peaceful stone patio featuring outdoor furniture and a grill, all set within a lovely garden environment. Please note that since the property was originally an inn built in 1947 and is now a private residence, the owners and other guests reside in the main house and Carriage House; we kindly ask that guests refrain from using the main front porch area.
Situated in a residential pocket of South Asheville, you are perfectly positioned for exploration. The property is right across the street from a public park featuring a walking path, basketball court, and playground. You are midway between the unique dining and shopping experiences of downtown Asheville and downtown Hendersonville, both approximately a 20-minute drive away. Other nearby attractions include the Biltmore Estate (15 minutes), the Asheville Regional Airport (10 minutes), and the NC Arboretum and Bent Creek (20 minutes).
