Sleeping arrangements include two King bedrooms (one on the main level with a walk-in closet and dedicated workspace, and one on the lower level with an en-suite bath), three Queen bedrooms distributed across the main, lower, and game room wings, and a semi-open upper-level loft featuring one Queen bed and two full beds.

Inside, the home earns its reputation immediately. The main living room boasts vaulted wood-paneled ceilings and a dramatic floor-to-ceiling quarry stone fireplace. For those seeking quieter moments, the property offers a secondary lounge with a Smart TV and a third living area with its own fireplace. The distinctive sunroom, wrapped in knotty pine with flagstone tile floors, includes an upright piano and sliding glass doors that lead to the backyard. The professional-grade kitchen is built for effortless entertaining, featuring dark granite countertops, a large center island, and a warming drawer.

For recreation, guests can enjoy a purpose-built game room with a full-size pool table, a wet bar with retro chrome stools, and a flat-screen TV. Practical details: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A signed Rental Agreement and a mandatory damage waiver or security deposit are required. To ensure an allergen-friendly sanctuary, pets are not allowed. Please be aware that the hot tub, BBQ grill, and the gym's cable and multi-function machine are currently undergoing maintenance and are unavailable. Guests should also note the property's multi-level layout may not be suitable for those with significant mobility limitations.
