The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, a dedicated TV, and a private bathroom with spacious countertops and a tub/shower setup. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds and an attached bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. For additional sleeping space, the family room includes a sleeper sofa.

The upgraded kitchen boasts beautiful cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, fully stocked with home essentials and small appliances. The living area is finished with tile floors throughout and a dining area that comfortably seats 6. While the structured amenities are limited, the Carlos Pointe community provides a large heated pool with lounge chairs, a game room with a ping pong table, and an outdoor BBQ area.
