• Minimum stay: Typically 7 nights
• High Season (Christmas to Easter): Saturday to Saturday rentals only
• Registration: All guests must sign in with the onsite office at EBT upon arrival to complete registration forms and receive a parking pass
• Policies: No smoking allowed and pets are not permitted
• Requirement: Guests must sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower Vacation Rentals to finalize the booking
