About Property

Welcome to your beachfront escape at the Estero Beach and Tennis Club, a beautiful condo located at the south end of Fort Myers Beach, Florida. Perched on the fifth floor, Unit 503a offers a stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico and the community pool, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway.

This inviting space is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring 1 bedroom with a king bed and 1 bathroom with a shower-tub combo. To accommodate additional guests, the living area includes a sleeper sofa, bringing the total guest capacity to 4. The interior has been recently updated with new furniture and a full kitchen equipped with all the necessities of home. A divider between the bedroom and family room provides a sense of separation, while the private patio offers a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

While the structured amenities list is limited, the complex provides an array of activities for guests to enjoy. Residents have access to a large heated swimming pool with poolside lounge chairs and BBQs, as well as tennis and pickleball courts and scenic walking paths that lead directly to the white sandy beaches. For those needing laundry facilities, coin-operated laundry rooms are available on the ground level of each building. For your convenience, all bed linens, bath towels, and dedicated beach towels are provided.

Located in a prime area, you are just steps away from the Gulf and within walking distance of Santini Plaza, Fish Tale Marina, CVS, and Pincher's Beach Bar. A local trolley is also available to transport you to Lovers Key or the Times Square area at the north end of the beach. Please note that while the Estero Beach and Tennis Club has completed most of its renovations, some construction continues across the island following Hurricane Ian.
