• Pets: Pet-friendly (dogs only) with a 2-pet limit. A written request is required at booking. A non-refundable $200 fee per animal applies for pets and emotional support animals.
• Seasonality: During peak season (January - March), the property is restricted to monthly rentals from the beginning to the end of the month. Shorter stays may be available in summer and fall.
• Security & Access: Exterior security cameras are in place. This unit requires a physical key, which must be picked up from the management office at 2085 Estero Blvd.
