The condo includes a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. For added convenience, a full-sized washer and dryer are located within the unit. Guests will find all necessary linens provided, including bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, and a dedicated set of beach towels.

To make your coastal adventures easier, the property provides beach umbrellas, floats, and beach bags. Residents and guests also have access to the community clubhouse, which features a community pool, game room, fitness center, and charcoal grills.

• Access: This unit requires a physical key, which must be picked up from the TriPower office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach.
• Rules: No smoking allowed. Guests must be 25 years or older to book. Pets are not allowed.
• Restrictions: During peak season (January through March), the property is restricted to monthly rentals from the beginning to the end of the month. Shorter stays may be available during the summer and fall. A signed Rental Agreement with TriPower Vacation Rentals is required to finalize the booking.
