To ensure a seamless stay, please be mindful of the following practical information and house rules. This property is strictly restricted to monthly rentals with a 28-day minimum stay; bookings must typically run from the beginning to the end of the month, though multi-month rentals are available. Any mid-month arrivals or departures must be approved prior to booking. The minimum age to rent is 25. Check-in is scheduled for 5:00 PM and check-out is at 9:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed.

Access to the property is via a physical key, which must be picked up at the management office located at 2001 Estero Blvd, Fort Myers Beach. Regarding cancellations, a $100.00 fee applies to all cancellations made outside of the 48-hour grace period; travel insurance is highly recommended for unexpected situations.
