The first bedroom serves as a cozy retreat featuring a Queen-size bed (160x200 cm), while the second bedroom is perfectly designed for kids or friends with a bunk bed and a pull-out trundle bed that sleeps three in total. The living area is a bright, air-conditioned space facing the sea, complemented by an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen featuring a Tassimo coffee machine. The modern shower room is functional and includes a washing machine for your convenience. For families, the space is well-prepared with baby essentials, including a baby bath, booster seat, and suitable tableware.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is from 4:00 PM with a personalized, in-person welcome, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Pets are not allowed. A mandatory security deposit via bank hold is required via a secure link sent 2 days before arrival; access cannot be granted without this registration. Optional baby equipment (travel cot and high chair) is available for €15 per stay. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability for an extra charge of €40. Late arrivals after 11:00 PM requiring in-person check-in incur a €40 fee.
