Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. To maintain the peaceful atmosphere, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Strict policies are in place to ensure a quality experience for all: pets are not permitted, and smoking of any substance (including incense) is strictly prohibited indoors. Parties and events are not allowed. Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Please note that outdoor amenities are shared with long-term tenants living in separate units on-site. For security, four exterior cameras record video and sound facing outward. Laundry facilities are available for stays longer than 30 days for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance.

No Smoking Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean, comfortable, and smoke-free environment for all guests.

Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay.

Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at any time.

Shared Areas Outdoor amenities are shared. There are long-term tenants living on-site in completely separate units, and they may be present during your stay.

Cameras The property has 4 exterior security cameras that face outward and do not look into interior spaces. They continuously record video and sound.

Accessibility The home is single-story, and there is 1 small step at the front door threshold.

City Regulations This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 2023-1766. Booking requires compliance with City of Phoenix Ordinance G-7156, section 10-204, including a sex offender background check and providing any additional information required.

Smoking Fee Evidence of smoking any substance, including incense, tobacco, or marijuana, may result in an additional fee.

Laundry Access Laundry facilities is available for reservations longer than 30 days for an additional fee. Guests interested in using the laundry facilities during their stay must contact prior to arrival to request access and confirm availability. Please note that laundry access is not automatically included and must be arranged in advance.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in .
