Additional interior conveniences include a washer/dryer, iron, and central air for consistent heating and cooling throughout the cottage. Please note that the living room fireplace is decorative only and not operational.

• Rules: Primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited ($1,500 fee). Parties and events are not permitted ($1,000 penalty). Only registered guests are allowed on property. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
