The living room provides a clean and lofty feel, featuring ample oversized seating and a smart TV for your relaxation. The sleeping arrangements consist of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. The primary bedroom is a bright, airy space featuring a king bed, side tables, dresser, closet, and direct access to the full bathroom. The secondary bedroom is ideal for children or extra guests, offering a twin bed with a twin trundle, a storage closet, and a window looking out onto the side garden.

Between the living and sleeping quarters, you will find a bright white galley kitchen perfectly appointed for meal preparation. This space includes full-sized appliances, a dishwasher, and is fully stocked with small appliances, cooking utensils, pots, pans, serving ware, and glasses. For added convenience, the cottage also includes full-sized laundry in-unit. Step outside to the back of the home to find a serene and private walled courtyard, the perfect spot to dine al fresco or enjoy a quiet morning coffee.

Located in an incredibly walkable area, you are just steps away from Savannah's historic squares, guided tours, boutiques, restaurants, and bars.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum booking age: 25
• Parking: Not included and not guaranteed. All parking is on-street and metered. Guests must pay via the ParkSavannah app or by purchasing a Visitor's Parking Pass from the Parking Services office (100 E Bryan St, Mon-Fri 9-5).
• Pets: Dogs are welcome (maximum 2 per stay) with a $125 non-refundable fee per pet. Guests must agree to the pet policy, clean up after pets in the yard and during walks, and notify management of any indoor accidents.
