About Property

Discover the charm of the Ridgeland Trendy Tudor, an adorable renovated craftsman located on the East side of Chattanooga. This home beautifully brings together vintage and modern elements to ensure you feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

Designed for groups and families, the layout features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a guest capacity of up to 12 people. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed: the master bedroom, accessed through original French doors, offers a queen and a full bed with the convenience of an ensuite full bathroom. The second bedroom contains a double bed, while the third bedroom features a queen bed; both rooms share a hallway bathroom. The main living space is anchored by an original fireplace (decorative only) and two sleeper sofas, while the dining room provides a table for six. A fully-equipped kitchen and a separate laundry room ensure a comfortable stay.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the spacious backyard, which includes a cute porch, a picnic table, and a charcoal grill for evening cookouts.

Nestled in a family-friendly neighborhood on the East side, the property is perfectly positioned for exploring the city. You are just a 5-minute drive from Overlook Park and 10 minutes from the Chattanooga Zoo. Downtown attractions, including the Tennessee Aquarium, Bluff View Art District, and Chattanooga Lookout Stadium, along with endless shopping and dining experiences, are all within easy reach. Please note that the home is located in a transitioning neighborhood; while the hosts love the community and have had no security concerns, they encourage guests to book only if they are comfortable with this environment.

Practical details include a digital keypad for contact-free check-in and a Ring security system for added privacy. Parking is limited as this is a downtown area; however, the driveway can accommodate up to four cars. There is no street parking, though Uber and Lyft are readily available.
