For added flexibility, the home also provides an air mattress to ensure everyone has a place to rest.

While the main house serves as your private haven, guests have access to the shared magic of the gated property, including:

• Newly built pool for refreshing dips (not heated)
• Small fire pits near the cabins for cozy nights
• Large central fire pit for gathering with other guests
• Onsite hand-built Chapel
• Walking paths throughout the peaceful grounds
• Resident animals, including Joey the Llama

Inside the main house, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing group meals before heading out to explore the region. The property is ideally situated for both relaxation and adventure, located just 10 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg and only 8 minutes from the award-winning wineries along Highway 290.

To ensure a seamless stay, check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed on the property. By booking this home, guests agree to sign a standard rental agreement, which will be provided after booking and must be completed prior to arrival.
