For additional guests, the sun-drenched living room includes a sofa that converts into a second queen bed. The home is completed by 1 bathroom featuring a single vanity sink and a walk-in shower.

Interior Highlights Start your mornings in the fresh, all-white kitchen, which provides a clean and airy ambiance. This space includes a butcher-block island with seating for two and a Keurig for your morning coffee. The living area impresses with vaulted ceilings and sliding glass doors that open to a private balcony, perfect for letting in the light. The property is minutes away from the Bagnell Dam Strip, Lodge of Four Seasons, and Osage Beach, as well as favorite local spots like Shady Gators, Camden on the Lake, H-Toads, and Tucker Shuckers.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Guests must be at least 25 years old to book
• Pets are not allowed
• No smoking inside, no parties, and no loud music after 11:00 PM
• A refundable damage deposit of $250 is required before check-in
• Guests must provide a government-issued photo ID and a matching credit card for verification
• A rental usage agreement must be signed
• IMPORTANT: Guests must stop at the office to collect a parking pass; the complex enforces parking passes and will tow unauthorized vehicles

Departure requests include cleaning food from the fridge, consolidating trash into the dumpster, running the dishwasher, and ensuring all lights are off and windows are closed.
