A standout feature of this home is the largest terrace in the entire complex. This expansive outdoor space provides the most special ocean views, making it the perfect spot for admiring unforgettable sunsets and spending quality time with loved ones.

Located in Nueva Yucalpeten, a new suburb on the west side of Progreso, the property offers a peaceful retreat while remaining connected to the marina's charm. Guests can enjoy full access to the resort's amenities, provided that condo rules are respected.

Important Note: While the Sotavento and Barlovento towers are 100% complete, a third tower in the complex is undergoing finishing works until approximately July 2026. Additionally, some owners may be adding final touches to their units. Consequently, there may be occasional construction or furnishing noise during the day, though all work is expected to cease by 8:00 PM.
