Sleeping arrangements include a restful bedroom with a Queen bed and a second bedroom featuring a Double bed and a Twin trundle bed. For additional flexibility, the home also includes a full-sized futon located in the sunroom.

• Access: A gate pass is required; a complete list of occupants must be provided prior to arrival to receive a gate code.
• Rules: No smoking on the property or premises. Pets are not allowed. The minimum age to book this property is 25.
• Important Notes: Fireplaces are for decorative use only. Propane refills for the gas grill are not provided. Guests are responsible for transporting their own trash to the designated community compactor.
