RENTER REQUIREMENTS

The guest must be at least 25 years of age to reserve the home and must occupy the rental property for the entire duration of the stay. Please be advised that the name on all documents must match; name of guest on Rental Agreement, name on credit/debit card provided for payment, name on photo ID.
All other persons occupying the vacation rental are considered to be the guest's invitees, and all discussion regarding reservation, cancellation, and damage policies will be discussed with the primary guest, not the guest's invitees. All reservations are booked in the specific rental chosen for the number of persons detailed within for the dates reserved and the rental cannot be sublet, shared or assigned. No other persons other than the invitees contained herein may use the accommodation.
SMOKING / PET POLICY
Smoking and pets are not permitted in our vacation rental condos. Failure to observe these rules will result in a deep clean charge against your security deposit.
REFRIGERATORS
To ensure your refrigerator is functioning as intended:
• Upon arrival, food at room temperature can take 2-3 hours to cool to refrigerator temperature. The more often the refrigerator is left open the longer food & beverage will take to cool
• Do not cover any vents on the inside of the refrigerator with food or beverage, this can cause the refrigerator not to cool.
• Do not over load the refrigerator with food and beverage, this can cause the refrigerator to not cool to temperature
• With freezers, please do not leave freezers open more than is needed, keeping the freezer open can freeze water lines which can impact or disable the water dispenser or ice maker.
AIR CONDITIONING
To ensure your air conditioner is functioning as intended: Air conditioning in any rental property should not be set below 72 Degrees Fahrenheit (22 Degrees Celsius) by the guests. Setting the thermostat to a lower temperature will not cool the property quicker. This may result in the system freezing up. If this occurs, the air conditioning will have to be turned off to allow the unit to defrost. The guest will have no air conditioning during this time and will be responsible for the technician's call-out charges. If you notice the windows have condensation that is a definite sign the air conditioning temperature is set too low and there is a risk of freezing the air conditioning unit, again resulting in no air conditioning. Please keep windows and doors closed when not in use. If your windows and doors are left open your air conditioner is forced to work harder and may freeze up resulting in no cool air.
