About Property

Discover the effortless elegance of Audrey's on Park, a mid-century-inspired architectural masterpiece located in the coveted Sunrise Park neighborhood of Palm Springs, California. Built in 2015, this gated estate seamlessly blends the sophistication of newer construction with the timeless allure of classic desert design, offering unobstructed views of Mt. San Jacinto and a perfect balance of privacy and resort-style living.

The home is designed for ultimate comfort and luxury, featuring 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 10 guests. Sleeping arrangements include two king beds and three queen beds. Each of the five beautifully appointed bedrooms is a rare luxury, offering its own ensuite bathroom and direct access to the pool, ensuring every guest enjoys equal privacy.

Inside, the open-concept great room is flooded with natural light from walls of glass Fleetwood sliders, revealing polished concrete floors and soaring post-and-beam ceilings. The living area is anchored by a striking linear gas fireplace with a textured stone surround and contemporary seating. The showstopper chef's kitchen features dual Caesarstone islands—one with a prep sink and another with a built-in wine cooler—complemented by walnut cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and clerestory windows. A standout feature is the casita-style fifth bedroom suite, which serves as a private retreat with its own separate entrance and kitchenette.

The outdoor living space transforms every day into a resort experience. The 42-foot saltwater pool is equipped with dual Baja shelves and a 6-foot waterfall, while an attached spa beckons for relaxation. As evening falls, guests can choose between two fire pits for conversation. The grounds also include an al fresco dining area that seats eight beneath a covered pavilion and a BBQ for casual gatherings, all situated on a generous corner lot that ensures an intimate sanctuary.
