The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the living area includes a sofa sleeper, allowing the property to accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.

To ensure a seamless stay, please take note of the following practical information and house rules. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please be advised that pets are not allowed. For those arriving with vehicles, gas-powered golf carts are permitted, provided that a parking pass is clearly displayed. Additionally, there are specific rental requirements: guests must be at least 25 years old to rent, and a $500 refundable Spring Break deposit is required.
