The main level boasts an open-concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a dining area centered around a handmade log table, and a living room equipped with leather seating, a rustic driftwood coffee table, and a large TV.

The upper level is dedicated to the master suite, a vaulted loft with panoramic windows and a soaking tub featuring a river stone surround and hill views, complemented by a separate glass-enclosed shower. Please note that the master suite is an open loft without a separating door. The lower level provides a second living area with its own large TV and seating, an additional bedroom, and walkout access to the deck to enjoy the canyon views. Multiple decks across the three levels allow you to chase the sun or the shade throughout the day.
