• Third Floor: A versatile space containing a fourth bedroom equipped with 4 twins and 2 trundles (6 twin beds total) and its own ensuite. This level also includes a second living area and a balcony, perfect for gaming or relaxing.
• First Floor: A convenient half bath serves the main living area.

Inside, you will find a bright, airy open-concept living and dining space and a beautifully updated kitchen. To ensure personalized comfort in every room, the home is equipped with modern mini-split systems throughout.
